RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In an unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with our product(s), LeatherSeven will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or factory defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
Simply follow stated below steps:
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by either sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or login to your personal account on LeatherSeven.com website (We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without LeatherSeven prior authorization)
We will send you an email with detailed instructions.
Once you follow our provided instructions and after we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will either return, refund or exchange the product(s) as per this policy.
Please note that for second-time returns, we will offer only store credits in the form of a LeatherSeven.com exclusive Vouchers. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Any leather product(s) purchased from LeatherSeven.com which is specially customized as per the customer requirement is(are) not refundable nor exchangeable. However, alterations can be made to it after paying very nominal alteration charges + back & forth shipment cost to our warehouse.
